Bridging the gap between what is required and what is possible
A difference that translates into stronger resources for our inclusive programs, greater recognition and retention of our teaching staff, and expanded opportunities for high-quality professional development.

Director of Special Education
A key component of the Eanes Endowment is the
SEE Fund— a restricted fund dedicated specifically to supporting the unique needs of the Special Education Department (SPED.) The SEE Fund helps ensure that all students, regardless of ability, have access to the highest quality education and the resources necessary to thrive. The Fund’s purpose is to enrich the educational experience for all students and educators, reinforcing Eanes ISD’s dedication to continuous improvement and excellence within the SPED department.
This includes funding for four areas of focus including:
- Recognizing and supporting SPED educators and teaching assistants
- SPED educator recruitment and support for mentoring programs
- Professional development and training for SPED educators
- Inclusive extracurricular SPED programs
All which are designed to promote inclusive learning environments and individualized support.
Together, the Eanes Endowment and the SEE Fund embody the district’s commitment to educational excellence and equity, providing a sustainable foundation for innovation and inclusion across all classrooms now and for the future.
